Starlett Sweater
Use the code STARLETT for 20% off until Friday 3rd October 2025.
The “Starlett” Sweater is a round yoke sweater knitted seamlessly from the top down. The yoke starts with the neckband, which is knitted in a combination of corrugated ribbing and garter ridges. It evolves into the Starlett colorwork yoke motif. Short rows are worked after the colorwork yoke. The body & sleeves are knit in stockinette and finished with the same garter and corrugated ribbing section as the neckband.
The pattern provides reverse charts in addition to the original ones. There are three different chart lengths to ensure a very similar look of the yoke for all sizes.
The “Starlett” colorwork motif simply popped up in my mind and I couldn’t stop thinking about it until I tried it out. To me, it is a new twist to a classic round yoke motif and it is a lot of fun to knit up.
