DESCRIPTION

The Starlight Hat, like the name suggests is named after the beautiful star stitch. This stitch creates a gorgeous texture perfect for many projects. This hat is available in 3 different sizes; child, adult small and adult large.The yarn I used for this pattern is ‘red heart amore’ in the color peaceful. This yarn is a worsted weight yarn that is soooo soft and has great stitch definition, making it perfect for making this hat.

MATERIALS

• 1 skein of red heart amore (I used the color peaceful)
• US size J, 6.00 mm crochet hook
• Tapestry needle
• Scissors

CONSTRUCTION

This pattern is worked from the bottom up, starting with the brim which is worked flat and then seamed. the body of the hat is worked directly on the brim of the hat.
