Starlight Shawl is shown in beautiful yarn :70% wool, 30%mohair, a fingering weight yarn from Isager made in Ireland , by Winter Grey colour way. I used needles US4 / metric 3, 5 mm. For this item i used ca 250 m of yarn.
Starlight construction chart is very flexible : you can use just about any weight of yarn and needle , and you can make them in whatever size you are happy with . This pattern give you full freedom to use your choice of yarn type and weight, and to vary your shawl size . Chart pattern only.
