The Starlight Tote pattern is a fun and functional crochet bag pattern. Using two strands of worsted weight yarn give it the durability you want in a bag.

You can use ANY worsted weight yarn, though I chose to use Caron Cotton Cakes as one of mine to give it the striped effect. Total yardage is approx. 430 yd with a 7mm hook. The finished bag is about 12x12 inches, not including the handles, which are customizable to the length you want.

There are a couple special stitches used in the pattern, but with a detailed tutorial and photos to help along the way.
