This pattern is really special to me & my whole heart is in it. It is a follow up to my first pattern, also named after my first daughter. Zoie was only with us for 16 months but was our world for that time. I really love the star stitch in both knit and crochet & knew I wanted to continue working with them in a cowl to match my hat design. I hope you enjoy the Starlight Zoie Cowl as much as I have enjoyed creating it!

This version is entirely crochet. While very popular, I am not a fan of the back & forth short row crochet brim so I used front & back post stitches instead. The star stitch looks great in tonal or multicolored yarn.
