Just a simple double-layered star-patterned pot holder using a 2 row repeat throughout the pattern. Generally comes out to about 8” by 8.5”, depending on your gauge. Can be made larger or smaller by changing the hook size and adding stitches in a 2+1 pattern.

I use between 2-3 colors of yarn a single pot holder - but you can use as many colors as you’d like - alternating colors after the SC row will give you a nice striped pattern between stars.
