SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY OFFER: This pattern will be free for a limited time but will be changing to a paid pattern soon.

Step into sock knitting by following this pattern to create a tiny top down sock. After building confidence and learning all the sock knitting techniques you need, move on to the adult medium sock.

Sock knitting can be so intimidating but this pattern makes it easy! Make a tiny sock in an afternoon and you’ll learn everything you need to know to take on the challenge of the larger sock with many more stitches.

Scared of double pointed needles? This pattern is written for three flexible double pointed needles such as Addi Flexi Flips or Hiya Hiya flyers. Instead of struggling to juggle three needles, while knitting on a fourth, we have only a back needle and a front needle making this much simpler.

Adaptation: Two circulars may also be used for this pattern, or the magic loop but it will be a bit difficult to arrange the stitches for the mini sock. If you choose to use a set of double pointed needles, just ensure that half your stitches are on one needle when it’s time to start the heel process.
