Use:

• Yarn: Fingering (Debbie Bliss, Rialto 4ply), 25gr, approx 100yds (91m)
• Needles: US size 3 (3.25mm)
• Gauge: 28 sts x 4” (10cm)
• 2 stitch holders
• 2 stitch markers
• Sewing needle
• Crochet size F (just for optional laces)

The same instructions included in this design are suitable for creating booties for babies up to 3 months old just by increasing the size of the needles and yarn.

Design is best suited for intermediate knitters. Novice knitters may find some difficulties picking up stitches or decreasing on the go.

Even though the pattern does not call for knitting in the round, circular needles are recommended because of the garment shape.
