The perfect top for all year.

In the warmer months wear it as a poncho. Great for those summer outdoor concerts or an evening stroll along the beach. In the winter pair it with a long sleeved shirt.

The Ribbed pattern makes the perfect fit for every body type. While very over sized, without blocking, the ribbing pulls the fabric in to give it a shape and a more fitted form. If you want a loose fit a light blocking will flatten out the ribs and it will be larger and looser.

The front and back hems are started in sections and then are joined in the round. The back is slightly longer than the front. The shoulders are shaped using short rows for a better fit but if you prefer could be just finished off straight. This would require still knitting the same amount of total rows or the armholes would not be large enough.

The shoulders are finished with a 3 needle bind -off and aside from weaving in ends there is no additional finishing is necessary

The pattern is offered until July 31st PST for $1 Please use the coupon code Step It Up.
