This hat knits-up quickly which makes it a great gift giving project.
Adding decorative buttons or a pompom looks really cute and customizes the hat.
Two options are available for the brim: single or double. For the double-brim option, the sts are cast-on provisionally and the picked-up after knitting the brim and knitted together with the working sts.
To use bigger or smaller yarn, just change the stitch count by +/- 12 sts increments.
