The Steps of Change scarf is comprised of modules, which will be joined as you proceed. The nice thing about this scarf is, that it is knitted without cutting the thread when switching to the next module, hence you will hardly have to weave in any threads. This implys that it’s a seamless knit as well.

This example is done in fingering yarn, but you can choose any yarn weight you like from lace to bulky. You will find a table to convert that pattern to any size you fancy. A yarn with a color gradient would be required though. Other than Crystal Palace Mini Mochi you could also use Noro, Zauberball, Knitpicks Chroma, Katia Rainbow and so many others.

You will find photo tutorials to explain everything beyond knitting and purling, so even if you consider yourself a beginning knitter, you will be able to follow this pattern easily.

Happy knitting
