The sweater is knitted from the top down in stockinette stitch with 1 strand Peruvian and 1 strand Tilia held together.
The neckline has a wide rib edge, which is bent down and knit together with the cast-on edge.
Work short rows over the right shoulder to create the off-shoulder effect and increase for the raglan on every other round.
The body is then knitted in the round in stockinette st, and also the sleeves in stockinette st.
All edges are finished with rib and Italian bind-off.
