DESIGN OVERVIEW: This stylish pair of slippers is knitted in shape of moccasins. The slippers are knitted in stocking stitch with garter stitch ridges on the front part of the foot. The slippers feature seamless toe-to-heel construction and can be worked either on DPNs or using the magic loop method for the toe section. The edge band is knitted in the garter stitch.
Knitting begins with the toe section, worked in the round. The sole section is knitted back and forth, followed by the heel, which is shaped using short rows. The foot length is easily adjustable. For a good fit, the slippers should be knitted with negative length ease (approx.1 cm/⅜ inches), which is already taken into account in the pattern instructions.
