Stockholm Mitts – PDF Pattern

The Stockholm mitts are knit in the round, seamlessly, using a medium-weight yarn to create a cozy, warm accessory.

Pattern available in FR / EN (PDF)

Sizes: (XS - child) S, M, L

Yarn recommendations and estimated yardage:

• Yarn type: medium-weight Bulky or Aran (10–12 ply)
• Estimated yardage: about 90 m / 98 yds for size L

Needles & Tools:

• 5 mm / US 8 circular needles, 80 cm / 32 in or longer
• 1 stitch marker for beginning of round
• 1 tapestry needle for finishing

Gauge: 17 sts x 22 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 in in stockinette stitch

Techniques used:

• Garter stitch (in round and back-and-forth)
• 2/2 ribbing
• Magic loop technique (optional for knitting both mittens at once)
