The Stomping Grounds Pullover was designed to be the casual pullover that you spend your weekends in, hanging out at home, meeting up with friends, or wherever your “stomping grounds” might be. Taking advantage of the rustic look that tweed yarn imparts, this pullover features a cable and dot stitch texture panel on the back and a cable down the front. The pullover is knit in one piece from the top down with a traditional scoop neck, raglan shoulders, and waist shaping for a more modern fit. The body is knit first and the sleeve stitches are held while the body is finished and then each sleeve is picked up and knit down. The neck edge is finished in the round by picking up stitches to give the neck edge extra strength.
