SIZES and MEASUREMENTS:
Foot circumference (unstretched):
• size S/M - 7 ½’’ / 19.5cm
• size M/L - 8’’ / 20.5cm

YARN:
• Fingering Merino yarn by KOKON (100% merino wool; 349yds 320m/100g), 1 skein Rust semi solid (mply 32).
• Or approx 3.5oz (100g) of fingering weight yarn (349-436 yds/3.5 oz 320-400 m/100 g)

NEEDLES:
• US 1 ½ (2.5 mm) circular needles or size to obtain the gauge.
• US 1 (2.25 mm) circular needles for cuff

GAUGE:
• 30 sts and 40 rnds = 4” 10cm in St st with main needles, knitting in the round, after blocking.
• 38 sts and 50 rnds = 4” 10cm in Stoneisland Pattern with main needles, knitting in the round, after blocking.

CONSTRUCTIONS and EASE:
• The socks are worked toe-up (from the toe to the cuff), with gusset increases and heel flap.
• Instructions are given for circular needles using magic loop method. You can use double pointed needles, if you prefer, then distribute stitches onto 4 needles on your own.
• Stoneisland stitch pattern creates a dense fabric, with little stretch, so if you want a more relaxed fit, use a heavier weight sock yarn with more stretch, or opt for a larger size
