Stone Path Cowl
Written in English using US terms.
The Stone Path Cowl is an intermediate level pattern due to the different stitches, however, I do my best to explain stitches and link to helpful videos to describe less common stitches and therefore am confident that beginners can tackle this pattern as well!!! Plus I’m always here to help if you get stuck, just let me know.
This pattern uses some simple stitches to create great texture. It is lightweight and a great layering piece when paired with a sweater or light jacket for cool fall weather and the drawstring allows you to adjust how snug it is around your neck.
It works up so quickly and would be great for market prep or a quick gift.
The pattern starts by constructing the triangle portion in rows and joining the 2 points of the triangle.
Next, you work in the round to create the cowl portion.
A drawstring is then added so you have the option to tighten up the cowl on cool and windy days.
Add tassels to your drawstring for a little flare and you’re done!
