This shawl (or wrap) is the last piece in my Contrasts collection. I wanted this to be a relatively easy and relaxing knit, so I worked with some basic lace and seed stitch, together with a rectangular shape. My first rectangular shawl. Ever. It traveled the world with me, I took it to Barcelona Knits, which was rather a mistake, intarsia and traveling don’t mix well, at least not for me. However, it is perfectly suitable for the “toddler finally sleeping, let’s party with an episode of our current favorite series, darling” kind of evening.
