I’ve always loved this patchwork design and have wanted to create it in crochet for years. This is a relatively simple design based around working corners onto central shapes. I’ve worked in dc (English) throughout.
Could be worked in any yarn or hook, depending on your desired effect. I recommend a larger hook than usual as dc makes a firm fabric.
I would join squares by working a row of dc through both pieces on the right side to give a crisp line between elements of the design.
