The Stornoway hat incompasses everything you could think of. Cables, colourwork, and a wee bit of lace! Inspired by the whale arches in Stornoway the cables on the hat are inspired by the Jaw bones set up across pathways on the Isle of Lewis.

The instructions are provided as a chart, with some odd designations to allow for YOs for the lace work along with the cables. This is to avoid distorted charts or overly confusing written instructions. It is clearly marked on how the follow with a key to cover all aspects of the chart.
