  • Stylish and practical, this engaging to knit DK weight design works up rather quickly & would make a lovely knit for you (or your gift drawer).

Using only a small amount of yarn this project begins with with a pin hole/disappearing loop cast on. Some increases are then worked, followed by straight knitting for the bulk of the project, before you decrease back down again to the other end.

Basically it’s all about knitting & purling, with some elongated stitches created periodically to become dropped stitches in the next row. You don’t get time to be bored when knitting this little number!

  • For best results be sure to choose a yarn that produces good stitch definition.

  • Easily lengthened by working extra repeats of the centre, straight section.
