The Strand (Danish word for beach) cardigan is an A-line feminine cardigan with hidden pockets and an asymmetric longer back.

This is a cardigan knitted back and forth from the bottom edge and up with asymmetric back and front lengths that form a very chic flattering curved edge at the bottom of the body. The cardigan has an A-line shape with a very nice feminine textured pattern. This pattern is made for at yarn with a gauge of 22 stitches per 10 centimeters.

Pattern includes directions for knitting a size S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL with chest width 97 (103, 114, 119, 130, 136) centimeters.

The pattern is written for a knitter who is able to knit back and forth while working an easy textured pattern, A-line shaping and short rows. A knitter who knows how to follow written instructions and knows how to pick up stitches, work short rows as well as increases, decreases and button holes.

Materials: yarn, knitting needles and stitch markers.
