Strange Horticulture is a 2022 occult puzzle game where you inherit a plant store. You find and identify plants, pet the store cat and try to unravel the dark mysteries in the town. After playing it, I craved some botanical socks, and this pattern was born.

The socks are knit cuff-down with a very simple pattern that looks more intimidating than it is to knit. For the heel, choose between either a textured/cabled heel flap or a slip stitch heel flap. There’s a square heel turn and gusset, and a star-toe decrease at the end.*
