Knitting the Straw sweater
The Straw sweater is knitted from the bottom up, starting with the body and sleeves, which are worked separately. Once the body and sleeves are complete, they are joined together, and the yoke is shaped with raglan decreases where the raglan shaping is done using cable decreases.
The pattern on the body consists of a detailed chart that is followed for a specific number of rounds, after which the rest of the sweater is mainly stocking stitch.
