The swirl of two gradients is reminiscent of old fashioned stick candy. Choose your favorite flavors to create your own Candy Stripe Shawl.

This shawl features the same stitch pattern as the Watermelon Candy Stripe (Triangular) Shawl, but uses a different construction. You can get both shawls for $9.00.

Level: Easy
The pattern features a two row repeat. There is one post stitch used, which is detailed in the picture tutorial, making the pattern accessible for a beginner looking for a new challenge.

Size:
Adjustable. Information is included to change the size of the pattern. It can be made any size by working the pattern repeat until the shawl reaches your desired size.
The pictured shawl is approximately 66” long (along one long edge) by 11” deep, with a 14.5” short diagonal edge before blocking and 76” long by 11 ¾” deep with a 16” short diagonal edge after blocking. It used 250 g/1093 yds total (125 g/ 546 yds of each color).

The pattern is written in English using US crochet terms. The PDF download includes:
