The Strawberry Vest is great for both beginner and advanced crocheters! It’s a great top for lounging or dressing up, and would look perfect on a picnic!

The pattern includes written instructions for how to crochet a strawberry vest, as well as pictures of the process. There are instructions for measurements, and it t can be adjusted to make it a longer vest as well. It is a made-to-measure pattern, so it is inclusive for all body types and sizes.

This pattern has been pattern tested.

MATERIALS:
-4 worsted weight cotton yarn ~200g of main color, ~100g of trim color for XS-M. 300 g of main color for L or larger size, and any scrap yarn for strawberry (I use Hobby Lobby “I Love This Cotton Yarn” in Pink, Pistache, Bright Green, and Red.)
-5mm and 3.5mm crochet hook
-Tapestry Needle
-Scissors
-Tape Measure
-Stitch markers

PROCESS:
These tops are super beginner friendly! You will need to know how to make a slip knot, chain, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, and use the magic ring. You will make a front and back panel, assemble them, create the strawberry, and sewing the strawberry on last.
