This knitting pattern is for a lovely, traditional Christmas stocking that knits up quickly in aran weight yarn. Knitted on 2 needles from the top down and then seamed. I’ve used a ribbon hanging loop but a twisted cord or crochet chain can also be used. Red / cream are the traditional colours but be as inventive as you like to make your stocking unique.
