This basic shawl pattern looks anything but “basic” when knitted with alternating colors of yarn. Eyelet rows are added so you can weave ribbons through the stitches to add decoration and variety to the shawl. A wide ribbed “ruffle” and picot bind off finishes it off with pizzazz! You can choose two solid color yarns, or one solid and one variegated, or two variegated. This shawl is sure to let the colors sing!

Basic knitting knowledge required: knit, purl, yarn over, etc. This is a good pattern for a Beginner-Intermediate knitter.
