What you will need:

Oddments of brightly coloured or white DK yarn for flowers and flower buds (optional)
Polyester stuffing
1 tapestry needle for finishing

Baby Stripy Ball Cactus:
2 knitting needles (US2/2.75mm or as per tension advice)
5g red DK yarn Yarn Airdar Snuggly DK 242 ‘Flamenco’)
5g orange yarn Yarn Birdar Snuggly DK 489 ‘Tangerine’)
5g brown DK yarn (e.g. Stylecraft Special DK 1004 ‘Dark Brown’)
Small terracotta or plant pot (ideally 2 inches/5cm internal diameter)

Medium Stripy Ball Cactus:
2 knitting needles (US2/2.75mm or as per tension advice)
5g medium green DK yarn Yarn Airdar Snuggly DK 532 ‘Playtime’)
5g medium light or dark DK yarn Yarn Birdar Snuggly DK 515 ‘Peashoot’)
