This poncho is knitted flat in stockinette stitch with ribbing along the outer edge in two rectangles which are joint together. Sew them together making sure the ribbing is on the outer edge of the poncho. With a crochet hook make a chain along the edge for a nice finish in double held Fun furry yarn.

Finished measurements:
Each Rectangle: 37” (94 cm) long and 22” (56 cm) wide.
Shoulder Length: 22” (56 cm)
Body Length: 34” (87 cm)

Yarn:
Approximately 1580 – 1800 yards / 1445 – 1646 meters of Worsted weight yarn in colors of your choice.
Also approximately 435 yards / 398 meters of Fun furry or similar type of novelty yarn.
For this specific color theme use:
MC – periwinkle (approximately 350 yards / 311 meters)
C1 – dark blue (approximately 220 yards / 202 meters)
C2 – white (approximately 290 yards / 265 meters)
C3 – purple (approximately 210 yards / 192 meters)
C4 – dark green (approximately 145 yards / 133 meters)
C5 – light blue (approximately 220 yards / 202 meters)
