Here are some little trees to knit for your Christmas ornaments. This pattern includes the two tree sizes, tall and short.

Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the trees are knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). These are easy to knit, and you can leave them as they are, or decorate with buttons, beads or other embellishments.

NEEDLES
A pair of 3.5mm single pointed knitting needles (US 4)

RECOMMENDED YARN
Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; less than 25g in each colour

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle and toy filling

SIZES
One size only - 7cm and 10cm tall.

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, knitting stripes, and seaming to finish.
