STØTT is worked from the top down in stockinette stitch with stripes. First, the yoke is worked back and forth to shape the neckline. The stitches are then joined and the remainder of the sweater is worked in the round. Sleeves are shaped with raglan increases before the work is divided and body and sleeves are completed separately. The lower body is finished with a floral border and ribbing. The sleeve ribbing is folded double. Stitches are picked up around the neck and a double rib neckband is worked.
