It’s late winter in the PNW: the light is changing, daffodils are starting to reveal themselves, you are filled with thoughts of spring…and then it dumps snow. Subnivean refers to the realm between the ground and the top of the fallen snow, the cold blanket that reminds us that winter is not quite finished. To pass this gray in-between time, knit up a quick and easy beanie in a cheerful color!

Size: Baby (Toddler, Kid, Adult) This basic beanie can easily be made shorter or longer by adding or subtracting rounds of stockinette from the body of the hat.
