Inspired by pointy succulent stalks, geometric lace spikes this way and that. The resulting fabric echoes those stalks, with points emerging from both sides of the rectangle. The button placement encourages exploration in the myriad ways to wear it… a poncho, a cowl, a wrap.

Materials
• 1 skein of Hidden Gems (80% superwash merino wool, 20% bamboo; 436 yds / 100 g) from This Craft or That o “Garden Party” colorway, developed exclusively for Seed Club
• US 6 / 4.0 mm needle (or size needed to obtain gauge)
• 10 buttons, 5/8” circumference (kit includes Sunburst buttons by Katrinkles)
• Sewing needle and thread (I used a bright yellow to sew on buttons)
• Tapestry needle
