GAUGE
12 sts + 11 rows = about 4 in. (10 cm) over (sc, dc) pattern of Row 2 of Body.
14 sts + 10 rows = about 4 in. (10 cm) over ribbing pattern of Row 2 of Collar.

STITCH EXPLANATION
hdc-3rd (half double crochet in 3rd loop) Yarn over, insert hook in 3rd loop of indicated st and draw up a
loop, yarn over and draw through all 3 loops on hook.
Note: When working back and forth in rows, the 3rd loop is on the side of the piece that is facing you,
immediately below the front loop.
