Photo tutorial with written pattern for a tam with a small bow tie. The head band is knit in seed stitch and the body of the tam is knit in double seed stitch, with visible decreases (K2tog).
The hat pattern is available in 3 sizes: small (55 cm / 21.7in), medium (57 cm / 22.4in) and large (59 cm / 23.2in), which are all provided in a single download.
The pattern contains an optional tutorial to sew in elastic band to give the hat a tighter fit.
