A variation of my Basic Cuff-Down Socks design to include a simple texture pattern. The Sugar Wafer Socks are simple, textured, cuff-down socks. The hatched texture reminded me of one of my favorite childhood treats…sugar wafers! Oh, the sugary goodness that just melts with each bite.

This pattern is a great next step after learning basic sock construction. A little something beyond pure vanilla!

Fingering weight yarn (80g)
Tapestry needle
