5.5mm /US #9, 16”(40 cm) circular needle and DPNs, or size to obtain gauge;
6mm/US #10, 16”(40 cm) circular needle and DPNs, or size to obtain gauge,
or longer circular needles in corresponding sizes, if Magic Loop technique is used;
stitch markers;
tapestry needle

Gauge (after light blocking):
12 sts x 32 rows to 10cm/4in square over Garter Stitch pattern on 5.5mm/US #9 needles;
