Like the Winter Berries Scarf this design shows how different looks can be achieved from the same stitch pattern by simply adjusting needle size and adding or omitting beads. The shawl is knitted, without beads, on larger needles and finished with a pretty peaked edge detail.

Knitted flat in rows this design begins on straight needles but you’ll probably find it necessary to transfer to the circular needle as the work becomes wider.

Finished shawl measures approx 124 cm ( 48 ¾ in ) at widest point and 64 cm ( 25 in ) long after blocking and pressing

This pattern is from my Collection One book of accessories which is available either as an e-book here or as a single PDF blog with the (Winter) berries scarf here
