✿ Two rectangles, one breezy summer top

The Easy Summer Crochet Top is a simple design made from two rectangles, a front and a back. The body is worked in moss stitch from the bottom up, and the top is airy chain lace.

A slip stitch ribbing goes along the bottom of each piece, then it is seamed at the sides and shoulders. Are you a knitter? There is a knit version too.

• Two rectangles. Simple shapes, easy construction.

• DK or fingering weight. Gauge given for both.
• You’re not on your own. Video tutorial and written pattern included.

• Yarn: Cotlin, WeCrochet (DK, 70% Tanguis cotton, 30% linen, 123 yds/50g) or Sunrise, Mary Maxim. Or Samia, WeCrochet (fingering, 80% cupro, 20% mulberry silk, 188 yds/50g)
• Yardage, DK weight: 550 (600, 675, 775) (900, 1200, 1300) yds
• Hook: H (5.0mm) or size to meet gauge
• Tools: Removable Stitch Markers (if needed) · Yarn Needle · Scissors
