Summer Dance is knit from the bottom up in the round. The skirt potion of the top features an allover lace and bob- ble pattern. Bobbles are created using a crochet hook, If you prefer knitting bobbles a different way feel free to substitute a different type of bobble. After the skirt is worked decreases are made for the bust and a welt is knit. The top/ bust portion is knit in stockinette stitch. Short rows are worked to provide shaping for the shoulders. The shoulders are then seamed together and stitches are picked up to work the short sleeves outward from the body in the round. A few rows of garter stitch are worked for the neckline.
