Here at Moho Crafts we design our patterns for what we call ‘Beginner Plus’ . That means people who can do the basics but are still working on reading patterns and figuring out all of the intricacies of the greatest hobby ever! We don’t use acronyms so you’re not trying to translate a new language whilst you’re also working out how to crochet! Of course, more experienced crocheters can also use these patterns!

These bookmarks make great little gifts (perfect teacher gifts too!) and have features to help you develop your crochet skills.

The cloud teaches you to work around both sides of a chain to create an oval shape.
The Rainbow uses back loop only stitches to show you how to create texture.
The stems use slip stitches to create a cord.
The sunflower petals use double and triple trebles - reasonably rare but useful tall stitches.
The sunflower centres use amigurumi techniques and stitch markers.
The leaves use different height stitches to show you how to make curves and waves.
