I have been so inspired by so many amazing hand dyed yarns over the last couple years. And I’ve been buying them up like candy! I had so much of this amazing yarn and was getting tired of making socks which is what I originally told myself I was buying it all for.

I was inspired by the beautiful colors and the lightness and high quality of the fiber, and wanted to design a warm weather statement piece. This scarf is the perfect layering piece to transition from hot summer days to cooler summer nights. Toss it on for a stroll downtown, a midnight walk by the water, or cozying up next to a fire pit.

This pattern comes with two sizes: a longer scarf with more dramatic drape, or a shorter style – more like a cowl.
