Short ankle sock with some purling texture along the top of the foot. Knit with a contrasting cuff, toe, and heel, these socks are sure to be a staple in your handmade wardrobe!

Materials Needed:

Size US 2 (2.75mm)- 9” circular knitting needle
Fingering weight yarn in two contrasting colors
Scissors
Darning Needle
Stitch Markers

Pattern Notes

  • This pattern is written for 9 inch circular knitting needles, but can easily be adapted for working with double pointed needles or a long cord while utilizing the magic loop method
  • Written for three common sizes: Small (Medium, Large) where the brackets represent the other sizes
  • Heel is done in a German Short Row style; Great tutorials done on youtube by VeryPinkKnits if help is needed.
