Summer is coming. I’m looking forward to the flowers and I’m in the mood for a special design. This summer top has it all. The summer top ‘Flower Fields’ is very easy to knit. The knitting can easily be combined with a cozy evening in front of the TV. Due to the large needle size, the work is also finished relatively quickly. And then comes that certain something (which, admittedly, is not so easy to do behind the television). Different patterns are woven into three panels with a beautiful colour gradient yarn, reminiscent of the flower fields in early summer. I learned how to weave from my son, who has just learned how to do it in kindergarten. So, don’t be put off by the weaving: it’s child’s play and is described step by step in the instructions. The end result: a summery shirt with a real wow effect!
These instructions describe the procedure for a summer top in sizes 38 - 42. The size can be adjusted very easily to suit the individual. The procedure for adjusting the size is described in the instructions. Have fun reworking!

The pattern describes how to make size 38-42 and explains how to adapt the size individually.

Materials needed:
• You need 7 balls (size 38 - 42) of Lang Yarns MERINO+, Merino Extrafine - Superwash (100% Merino extrafine wool, length 90m per 50g). My consumption for this size was exactly 302g. The consumption may vary slightly depending on your personal knitting style. You can also use another wool with a similar yardage.
• You need 1 ball (size 38 - 42) of Lang Yarns ILLUSION (55% cotton, 45% viscose, length 270m per 100g). My consumption was exactly 118.8m (45g).
• Knitting needles no. 4
• Crochet hook no. 4 to crochet the work together and to crochet around the neckline. Depending on your preference, the work can also be sewn together.
• Tensioning mats and tensioning needles (or another way of tensioning the work)
• Comb
• Stitch marker
• Sewing needle
• Scissors
• Clothespins
