A really pretty, summer top with shell stitch patterning divided by a single stitch worked in the row below to help the rib effect to stand out.
The lower edge slightly dips at the base of each “shell”.
An easy design to length (or shorten) which you can do before the sleeve shaping by adding or subtracting 10 rows so that you still end up on the correct row before shaping the sleeves - easy!
The back is worked in stocking stitch and the narrow borders are all in garter stitch.
