This top is worked in one piece, in the round, from the hem to the underarms, then divided for Front and Back and worked separately. The Insets are worked in one piece and seamed to the garment to form the armholes and shoulders. The Sleeves are worked in one piece and seamed to the Insets.

Armholes and neckline are finished and stabilized with a round of single crochet.

Both the stitch and row gauge are important to a well fitting garment. A difference in row gauge will impact how the Front and Back shaping match up with the Insets. If you cannot match row gauge, you may need to adjust the rate of decreases after dividing for Front and Back.

Stitch patterns are offered in chart form only. Charts show right-side rows. Read all charts from right to left. For wrong-side rows, work stitches in pattern as they appear.
