An eye-catching sunburst hanging ornament that is quick to make, and looks lovely with or without a suncatcher bead.

Adorn a wall with some happy sunshine year-round or hang where the sun catches it to send rainbows into the room. It would also make a very pretty doily without the need for hoops or beads.

Intermediate skill level: knowledge of a variety of basic stitches is needed.

Includes detailed instructions and photo tutorial on how to work stitches over a hoop.

Recommended yarn: #3 DK or #4 worsted weight cotton yarn that meets gauge, such as: Hoooked Soft Cotton (yarn used),
Paintbox Recycled Cotton Worsted (100% recycled cotton),
Lily Sugar ‘n Cream Solids or Hobbii Rainbow Cotton 8/8

• US Size G (4.0mm)
• Yarn needle
• Stitch marker
