Inspired by endless sunflower fields glowing in the late summer sun, the Sunflower Field Socks feature a cheerful stranded colorwork design with golden sunflowers and tiny blossoms near the toes.

These cuff-down socks are worked in two and 3 colors per round and make a beautiful, fun-to-knit project for sunflower and colorwork lovers!

Yarn
Any sock yarn will work if you match the stitch gauge, 3.5oz/440yds, 100g/400m
For the best durability, I recommend using a sock yarn with 75–80% wool or merino and 20–25% nylon.
For this project, I used Cascade Heritage Sock as the main color (MC) and three small leftover sock yarns from my stash for the contrasting colors.

Main Color: approx. 200(250, 300, 350)m
CC1/CC2/CC3 approx. 5-20g 20m-80m
Sizes
1(2, 3, 4)
1= 56sts, fits 7–7½“ / 18–19 cm foot circumference
2= 64 sts, fits 8¼–8¾” / 21–22 cm foot circumference
3= 72 sts, fits 9¼–10” / 23.5–25 cm foot circumference
4= 80 sts fits 10¼–10¾“ /26–27.5 cm foot circumference
