This pattern is for a cowl that can be made to fit, featuring a chainless foundation chain, so that you can try it on, to make sure it’s the right size, before going past the first round in the pattern. There is a video explaining how to do the chainless foundation attached, if you are unfamiliar with this technique.

This pattern features a 2 round repeat, and is very easy to memorize. Measurements are given for the one in the picture, worn by my daughter who is 11 years old, 5’ 3” tall, to give you an idea for size. If you like your scarves longer, there are easy instructions for making it whatever size you would like.

The picture is using Red Heart Super Saver Solids in gold, which is a worsted weight 4 yarn, but you could use any yarn you wanted. Just measure and make sure it is the size you would like.
